What we store
To prepare dispute letters we store your legal name, date of birth, mailing address, the last four digits of your Social Security number (never the full number), identity documents you upload, the negative items you import, and the letters and mailing records you create.
How it is protected
Your data lives in a private, per-user space: every record is tied to your account and protected by row-level access rules, so no other user can read it. Identity documents are kept in a private document vault, not a public folder.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your file with credit bureaus except by mailing the letters you explicitly approve. We do not store your full Social Security number.
Mailing
When you send a letter, its contents and your return address are transmitted to our print-and-mail provider solely to print and deliver that letter by USPS Certified Mail.
Your control
You can correct your profile at any time from the onboarding page, and you may request deletion of your account and all associated records by contacting support.
